Mark J. WagnerMr. President, few days ago you personally offered arms deal to Vietnam, with all due respect, if I was correctly informed, this proposition is troubling for both nations, yet, not long ago involved in devastating war, war which claimed enormous devastation and suffering on both sides.

Mr. President, personally I would rather prefer scientific exchange program , cultural, economic, but weapons ?

Mr. President, arming Asia can indicate another war, yet, bloody conflicts are being planned decades in advance.

I demand peace in Asia and among all nations.

Sincerely,
Marek “Mark” J. Wagner

Mark J. Wagner Mr. President, I would like, respectfully add another comment with regard to war planning, as well as decisions which lead toward escalation of conflicts, which resulted in human carnage.

Wars do not just happen, wars are the result of extraordinary efforts associated with multidisciplinary planning, science, technology, psychology, resources, money including.

As an example I would like to bring to your attention Iraq War, carnage, devastation, beyond suffering pain.
Yet, Iraq War started decades before, in the same fashion as deal offered to Vietnamese Government.
Iraq was “participating” in arms deals for decades even after the so called First Iraq Campaign. Iraq was armed with weapons and with ego for the wars they could not win or even stand up to.

As I said, Mr. President, Iraq Wars were on the drawing board since 1970’s (!), yet, plan was executed to the letter, by whom ?
By those who want desperately divert attention from WWII, atrocities, by creating another layer of human experiences, in this instance human suffering. There are more reasons behind the scheme, yet, analytical experts would provide quite a list with regard of implementation as well as manual; “how wars are being made”.

My personal objective is to tackle the mechanism of violence, which will bring, possibly, to the extinction of the entire human race.

American values are based, as far as I understand the Constitution, and the history of America, on proactive attitude with regard to social progress, unification of human society, yet, in USA clashed two opposite powers, those who desire, genuinely, peace, and those who are trying push America beyond boundaries of righteous nation. Please sign my up with those who want to see America standing up by its principles; peace and coexistence, not those who are just talking about, yet, standing by the drawing boards of another war.

Mr. President, most of the American soldiers, who died during Iraq War were born after the plans of war were made. Is it fair to say, soldiers sign up for wars long before they were born ?

Mr. President, Iraq nation suffered enormous pain, yet, still struggling to this day. Why, because war was on the drawing boards before most of the victims were born, their destiny was war, yet, beyond horizon of their perception and choices.

YET, ALL STARTED WITH ARMS DEALS TO THE IRAQI GOVERNMENT, DECADES SUPPLYING WITH RESOURCES OF DEVASTATION, CONFLICT, INSTEAD OF TOOLS OF PEACE … .

Mr. President, if I’m incorrect, please correct me, and I will bring new information, which you shall know by now anyway.

Mr. President, another conflict in Asia, as far as I see it, is implemented, yet, I reject it, and I demand Peace … .

Sincerely,
Marek “Mark” J. Wagner
