  • Mark J. Wagner I urge Russia and Ukraine to step up with meaningful Peace talks.
    Please stop fighting immediately.

By creating Neutral Zone (perhaps Neutral Ukrainian State), both countries can maintain presence, sens of safety. as well as advantages from business activities. Trade will immediately invigorate thorn by war lands and bring much needed peace, stability, good reputation and good economy.

In addition, I would like to propose to create International Slavic Council, which would bring international expertise, assistance in times of peace and most of all in times of distress.

INTERNATIONAL SLAVIC COUNCIL is the essential initiative, which would coordinate diplomacy, science, education, ethnic survival and growth.

Please support INTERNATIONAL SLAVIC COUNCIL initiative.

Slavic Nations deserve progressive organization, which would represent multinational community, and most of all, solve difficult problems for the welfare of its people in the spirit of peace and cooperation with international community, brotherhood of nations.

    God Bless,
    Marek “Mark” J. Wagner
